Firstly the Experience Certificate, which to be attested from UAE Embassy or Consulate present in India, will be attested from the Regional Attestation Department (RAC) of Mumbai, West Bengal and General Administrative Department (GAD) of Mumbai, West Bengal. Secondly the Experience Certificate will be attested from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi. Finally the Experience Certificate will be attested from UAE Embassy or UAE Consulate present in India.
It is not mandatory to attest the Experience Certificate from General Administrative Department (GAD),Regional Attestation Center (RAC) from the Mumbai, West Bengal. prior to the UAE Embassy or UAE Consulate attestation as there are some another way of attestation is available and the process is described as under, Point to be noted that the attestation of General Administrative Department (GAD) from Mumbai, West Bengal and Regional Attestation Center (RAC) from Mumbai, West Bengal is one of the option not the compulsion prior to UAE Embassy or UAE Consulate Attestation. Experience Certificate can be done from the issued country of the certificate.
If the certificate is supposed to be used in the country which is the member of Hague Convention. The certificate should be certified from the Embassy of the destination country in the Certificate issued country. If the Certificate is supposed to be used in a country which is not a member of Hague Convention then the certificate should be attested from corresponding Embassy of the country to which the certificate holder plans to go.
