Medical Certificates attestation
The Medical Certificate could be attested or legalized from any Embassy or Consulate of destination Country present in UAE after the Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the attestation of the competent officer designated by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of UAE. The designated officer or signatory or the department could be changed from time to time as per the instruction of Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). The designated signatory may be the Section Officer, Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner, Magistrate, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Resident Commissioner, Chief Secretary, Joint Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Director, Deputy Director etc. The Attestation cell may be General Administrative Department (GAD), Regional Attestation Center (RAC), and Higher Education Department as the name of the office varied from State to State.
There is a very old attestation or legalization process is practiced in India, UAE, US, UK etc and the process is most popular, cost effective as well as time effective. In this process the Medical Certificate firstly will be attested from the Home Department, after that it will be attested from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and finally it will be attested from the destination country’s Embassy or Consulate. The process is highly acceptable as well as most respectful attestation process in UAE.
Apart from the above said two different attestation process there are also an another process in which the Medical Certificate could be Attested from UAE Embassy or UAE Consulate and it is consist of the Attestation of the Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), and the attestation of the Medical Certificate from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
